Greyhounds as Pets NSW (GAPNSW) have dropped their adoption fee to $30 per dog just for Thursday at Londonderry’s new centre in a bid to give over 30 retired racing greyhounds a new home.

“We have selected over 30 of the most beautiful-natured dogs for this extraordinary event, which means that you will almost certainly be able to find the perfect greyhound size, look and personality that will best fit your family dynamic,” says a spokesperson.

“We will have a bunch of experts and other greyhound owners there on the day to chat to. They will answer any questions about the greyhounds and what they are like to live with. Including any medical questions, temperament, how we match them with your family’s lifestyle, and more.”
