Hawkesbury active COVID cases rise 1 to 88 – Blooms Chemist Richmond alert
Another single digit increase in the last 24 hours of active COVID cases in our local government area, bringing the total to 88.
We can also confirm a COVID alert for Richmond’s Blooms Chemist – they’re in March St – has been sent out to customers who were there on Friday August 20 between 3:00pm and 3:55pm because someone who visited the store had tested positive for COVID.
NSW Health texts were sent out on August 24 to people who had recorded their names at the store – so reasonably quickly. Still, it’s a while ago now, but we’re mentioning it just in case you happened to be there and haven’t received a text.
“All the Blooms The Chemist Richmond staff have been tested and have returned negative results. Blooms The Chemist Richmond is trading as usual,” a Blooms spokesperson told the Post today.
