HAWKESBURY ACTIVE COVID CASES RISE 8 TO 84

Figures just released by NSW Health show 8 more Hawkesbury COVID cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total of active cases to 84 for our area.

Compared to most of our neighbouring local government areas – see below for their numbers – the Hawkesbury still has a low number of active cases, but they are rising each day.

As usual, no specific locations mentioned, and remember the numbers could apply to family members who are already in isolation so it doesn’t necessarily mean virus-infected people are out and about.

Blacktown – 2080 active cases

Penrith – 1055 active cases

Hills – 144 active cases

Central Coast – 42

Blue Mountains – 37 active cases

Lithgow – 4 active cases
