Hawkesbury Valley Junior Rugby Union under 15 beat Manly

It was a warm sunny day for rugby in Windsor and the Hawkesbury Valley Junior Rugby under 15’s came out firing against against Manly.

The teams were evenly matched team in terms of size and skill, but the Hawkesbury players were shocked into action early when Manly scored the first try. This spurred the Hawkesbury defence into attack mode, blocking any further advances from Manly. Hawkesbury responded with a succession of four tries, that were successfully converted.

Manly fought back with three more tries in the second half but couldn’t catch the quick Hawkesbury players, who scored another three tries to win the game 43-20.

Excellent teamwork from Hawkesbury, with everyone having a hand in our biggest win of the season.
