Free pet supplies and vet advice at Spencer today, South Windsor Friday, Wisemans on Monday – RSPCA
RSPCA NSW is once again distributing pet supplies and providing free veterinary advice to flood affected communities across our region from today – Thursday.
Local residents and their four-legged friends will find RSPCA NSW staff and volunteers at Spencer on today, South Windsor on Friday 15 July and Wisemans Ferry on Monday 18 July
Over the last few days, RSPCA NSW inspectors have been working alongside the NSW State Emergency Service (SES) to provide pet food, crates, leads, harnesses, animal jackets, worm medication and treats to communities in other areas, including Hinton, Wollombi and Broke and now it’s the Hawkesbury’s turn.
It’s not the first time RSPCA NSW have turned up to help after our flood events, and a spokesperson said, “We would like to thank these resilient communities for welcoming us with open arms, and paws. The commitment to the care and safety of their pets is incredibly heart-warming, and reminds us of why we do, what we do.”
