Teen stabbed in Kurrajong: Police launch investigation
Police are investigating the stabbing of a teenager in Kurrajong overnight.
Emergency services attended a service station on Bells Line of Road in North Richmond shortly before 1 am today, where they found a 19-year-old with stab wounds.
The injured teenager received immediate medical attention from ambulance paramedics before he was transported to Westmead Hospital where he remains in a stable condition with non life-threatening injuries.
Police said the incident occurred following the victim and his friends’ departure from a party at a property on East Kurrajong Road, East Kurrajong.
It is believed that the group encountered three males who confronted them, leading to the attack.

The victim’s friends drove him to the nearby North Richmond service station, where they sought assistance from awaiting ambulance personnel. Hawkesbury Police Area Command have established multiple crime scenes, which are now being examined by forensic experts.
Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. The police have described the three suspects as males of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, estimated to be in their late teens to early 20s, with solid builds.Â
