Traffic slowdowns likely as repairs to Richmond Road’s South Creek Bridge set to begin

Expect some traffic slowdowns on Richmond Road next week in the evenings as the bridge over South Creek needs repairs following flood damage, says Transport for NSW

Motorists are being alerted to changed traffic conditions for this coming week on Richmond Road over South Creek at Marsden Park and Windsor Downs.

Work will be carried out over two shifts between 8pm and 5am, between Monday 17 and Friday 21 April, weather permitting.

There will be temporary road safety measures in place including a reduced speed limit on the bridge of 60 km/h.

Traffic control will also be in place for the safety of workers and road users.

Transport for NSW said it thanks the community for their patience during this time.
