Video – the river’s just the beginning….

Take a look at this excellent new video promoting the Hawkesbury. The River’s Just the Beginning, clip showcases our stunning backyard and in the words of Mayor Barry Calvert, “promotes the stunning Hawkesbury region by showcasing what’s on offer and the amazing experiences available.

“The campaign aims to stimulate the Hawkesbury’s visitor economy by increasing appeal and consideration for The Hawkesbury as a holiday destination,” the mayor said.

An eight-week marketing campaign begins today, aimed at sharing the story of the Hawkesbury as well as using major billboard advertising across Sydney. The campaign will also feature promotion on Facebook, Youtube and Instagram.

“We encourage local tourism operators and businesses to get involved in the River’s Just the Beginning campaign,” said the mayor.

Businesses can also share the campaign videos on their social media channels or online as another way to align businesses with The River’s Just the Beginning message and campaign.
