WARRAGAMBA DAM CLOSE TO FULL – WATER BEING RELEASED FROM 8AM TOMORROW – TUESDAY

From 8.00am tomorrow morning, WaterNSW will be operating the gates at Warragamba Dam manually to reduce the water level to 1metre below full supply as per their normal standard operating protocol.

Assuming no further rainfall, the drawdown should be complete within 5 days, says Water NSW, and they add, “river users may notice a small increase in river heights over this period”.
