Woman and Baby Missing from Richmond

Oct 16, 2023

Police are appealing for public for assistance to locating a young woman and her infant son who have gone missing from Sydney’s north-west region.

Nineteen-year-old Emily Roberts, accompanied by her 6-month-old baby boy, was last seen in Richmond around noon on Sunday, October 15, 2023.

Concerns arose when Emily could not be found or contacted, prompting the involvement of officers from the Hawkesbury Police Area Command.

Investigations have indicated that Emily may have been in Liverpool at around 6 p.m. that same evening.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to her living with a disability.

Emily is described as having a Caucasian appearance, standing approximately 180cm tall, with a solid build and shoulder-length brown hair.

She was last seen wearing black boots, blue jeans, and a top of an unknown colour. Her baby was dressed in blue overalls.

Authorities believe that Emily might frequent several areas, including North Richmond, North Shore, Liverpool, and the Central Coast.

The police are urging anyone with information about Emily and her baby’s whereabouts to contact the Hawkesbury Police Area Command or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.

The public is also reminded to refrain from reporting information via NSW Police social media pages and are encouraged to use the official channels provided by Crime Stoppers for information regarding this incident.
